How to Place An Order

Complete Order

A Complete Order contains the following components:

1. A complete Order Form Emailed to dnacore@telomere.hsis.uci.edu or submitted

2. A photo-copy of approved Biosafety Approval Form

3. A DNA submission that meets all the requirements described in DNA Submission & Requirements.

4. DNA submission must be by Tuesday or Thursday before 10AM for that day's run.
5. Sequencing data will be available on FTP server after 4pm on the next day.

A Complete Order is recommended to be delivered or shipped as a package. No service will be executed until all components of a Complete Order are received and all requirements of all components of such Complete Order are fulfilled. The schedule of WSS operation will be coordinated by the UCI DNA Core.
